Confused and Worried..Please Help!?

ok so im joing the military in 4 weeks and im alittle nervous...i went and had all my blood work by my doctor including Std's and HIV, and everything came back negative for std's and hiv and all other blood work was normal...my problem here is that i had sex with this girl i barely know maybe 3 weeks before the tests and the condom broke but we continued to have sex...everything was fine i felt fine and now maybe 2 months later i feel acky all over and im tired all the time even if i sleep 12 hours i still feel the need to take a nap during the day at some point,plus i have diarreh...Everyone is telling me im crazy for thinking i might have HIV because the most obvious symptoms that something is wrong is fever and swollen lymphnoids which i havent had at all...i went to the doctor yesterday and he checked my throat (physically and by sight) and nothing was there or wrong he said the only thing i had was post nasal drip and he said that i have a common cold or virus which is making me tired and all the muscle aches..but im scared out of my wits...i know i shouldnt worry cause i have proof i have nothing but i read that sometimes they come up false negative this and that..i also asked what test he used for hiv and he said it was a rapid test which i dont know what that is but he said its the earliest detecion one out there plus a western blot test and everything came back normal and not to worry but i been freaking out day in and day out over this which i know deep down is nothing but my mind has taken over and is telling me i have something..i know anxiety can play a magor roll in someone thinking they have something rather than them really having it and this can def. be a possibility...just please help...And please dont just say go get tested ive done that alreadyand will be doing again for the army...please help any way you can

I am a 15 year old girl, and YES I AM A VIRGIN. I got my period in february last year, an di missed april, may and june. I had pms and all the side effects, and some blotting but no period. Why are there spots of pee all over the carpet?

I have an 8 month old, neutered, male Rottweiler mix. He has been house trained, and has been doing well for 2-3 months. What's a great moisturizer with spf for combination/oily skin?

I have used different kinds of moisturizers from drugstore to department store brands but none of them seem to work. Most moisturizers that I found in the market that control shine have salicylic acid which I am allergic to (my face is very sensitive but not prone to break outs). I also have to carry my oil blotting sheet and face powder in my purse everywhere I go just so I can control the shine on my face. At the end of the day my face ends up really oily that it's embarrassing me. Help!

Dr changed my due date due to..please help?

i am being monitored for high blood pressure for a month now and at my last appt i had my second nst which was beautiful but my blood pressure is still high so finally after a month they put me on a low dose of bp meds. However my doctor mentioned that i wouldnt see my due date becuase my placenta will get tired before then and he said that i would probably deliver a few weeks early but not after the 8/9 my due date was 8/16 is it right for him to make that call with out an ultrasound for development. i due have one on 7/11 but i feel he is jumping the gun..and yes i know full term is 37wks but now im just nervous being 33 or 34wks that it could happen n e time...opinions pleaseeeeeeeee

Recently my 17inch CRT monitor start smoking so i plug my older CRT monitor, i was able to work with it about 30minutes and no image(no smoke coming out of the monitor this time) and monitor don't display any no signal or any other message just black screen. 9 out of 10 times I will drink my Irish whiskey with soda water. Ginger ale is nice when I feel like splurging on my sugar intake. It's also what my Irish father in law drinks. Why isn't the wax come off?

I've been using warm wax with paper strips for months with no probs, but all of a sudden the wax has become extremely difficult to remove- remaining on the skin after I have removed the strip. I then have to use a blotting method to get it off which takes a layer of skin with it- not good!! It has happened on several clients and when using it on myself. I have changed the wax pot thinking it was a bad batch but it continues to happen. Any ideas?

Monitor default resolution changes?

I was playing Team Fortress 2 and had to quit it when it froze by hard shutting the computer. Now, whenever i turn on my computer, the resolution it used stays (everything on the monitor is huge) and I have to manually change it every time. Is my graphics card shot?

I turned on my computer and the monitor wasn't receiving any signal. I checked the cables and they were all plugged in. When I opened the case the graphics card was receiving power and the fan was on, plus it had slightly heated up as if it were on and working. I tried other cables and monitors but nothing worked. Screen Brightness Question?

OK so i open the game Enemy Territory: Quake Wars on my PC and it automatically brightens my screen to fit the game. This time i hit Alt+Tab to open a recording program and i saw that my screen was bright, no big deal, it'll og back when i close the game, and it always does. This time, however, when i closed it with Task Manager it said the game stopped working and i closed it. the screen was still bright. i opened and closed the game normally but the screen stayed teh same. im not going to fix my monitor brightness, i want to know how to switch it back non-manually, so i can know how to anyway.

How to keep my face from looking cakey?

I have acne and a very very oily face. I wear Urban Defense tinted moisturizer, Clinique almost powder foundation, and then sometimes on super hot days, Urban Decay de-slick. My face looks super super cakey. You can see all the makeup I have on when you lean in a little towards the mirror and it's obvious in pictures. Help fix my sometimes dry & flaky sometimes oily face?

Okay so my face can't make up it's mind. It's dry to the point where if i itch my face, it'll flake. So when i put on my foundation it looks totally weird because the flakes make it splotchy. BUT my face is oily to the point where my face gets shiny fast and all the time. And it's gets oily so i have to blot it with blotting papers sometimes. I need some kind of moisturizer or something. I have been to a Justin Bieber and a Cody Simpson concert before they are both so much fun! Justin Biebers concert they made you stand on your feet the entire time they made sure all of us were having fun it was tons of fun we were all so hyped, Sean Kingston was there I was SO excited to see him in person! And it was also my first concert. Hi there. Today, I received a letter from planned parenthood telling me that I had tested positive for my herpes test. I am devastated right now but am skeptical too. I was tested by Quest Diagnostics for both HSV-1 and HSV-2 (IGG) and both came out negative about 5 weeks ago and I was tested by our city's health department about three weeks ago and that result came out negative as well. My blood sample was taken about two weeks ago, about a week or so after my last negative test. And on top of that, both of my partners are negative with the first being tested for everything three weeks before we had oral sex (and didn't see anyone else between the results and me) and the second just got recently tested and she came out negative too (which is odd considering I am supposedly positive, wouldn't she be too?) I am really depressed at the moment and have been reading alot of info on the internet that deals with false positive test results and result errors with planned parenthood. Apparently, they don't use western blots which is the most efficient protocol to use for detecting HSV. Can someone tell me what might be going on? And why the hell PP decided to mail home a letter saying Im positive as opposed to calling me or even telling me to come in?

Okay so I tried connecting my iPod to my computer because I needed to sync music on to my iPod before I leave on a trip & it wouldn't connect onto it. I thought something was wrong with the USB drive so I connected to my wall charger that I have for my iPod when I travel and it worked fine. ok so im joing the military in 4 weeks and im alittle nervous...i went and had all my blood work by my doctor including Std's and HIV, and everything came back negative for std's and hiv and all other blood work was normal...my problem here is that i had sex with this girl i barely know maybe 3 weeks before the tests and the condom broke but we continued to have sex...everything was fine i felt fine and now maybe 2 months later i feel acky all over and im tired all the time even if i sleep 12 hours i still feel the need to take a nap during the day at some point,plus i have diarreh...Everyone is telling me im crazy for thinking i might have HIV because the most obvious symptoms that something is wrong is fever and swollen lymphnoids which i havent had at all...i went to the doctor yesterday and he checked my throat (physically and by sight) and nothing was there or wrong he said the only thing i had was post nasal drip and he said that i have a common cold or virus which is making me tired and all the muscle aches..but im scared out of my wits...i know i shouldnt worry cause i have proof i have nothing but i read that sometimes they come up false negative this and that..i also asked what test he used for hiv and he said it was a rapid test which i dont know what that is but he said its the earliest detecion one out there plus a western blot test and everything came back normal and not to worry but i been freaking out day in and day out over this which i know deep down is nothing but my mind has taken over and is telling me i have something...please help any way you can...thanks in advance..John A.

How to fix this computer?

I'm pretty good with computers, and i went to my grandmas house this week and while im here i've been fixing up everyones computer, and my aunts friend brought her laptop over and i heard it was kind of slow and everything, but i figured it could manage. It's horribly slow, has about 115 processes and cpu spikes from now and then. Was going to install malwarebytes/ Avast Internet Security/Ccleaner, and clean it all up, but it won't even connect to the internet. She has Vista, and the start menu looks different and i can't really find find my way around to a good scanner. (found HP health check, but gave me nothing, and screen went completely white while looking through the resource monitor) If anyone can help me diagnose the internet problem, that would be great. hi ok im 14 and in 8th grade and I love makeup. I wear foundation to school (liquid) but at the end of the day my face looks gross and like some pleaces on my face are darker then others from the foundation. I attended a school program and half way through, I'm in the process of withdrawing, The school I'm attending is a popular tech school and will not return my money. My program was $25,000 and my in school payments were $400 since December of 2010 till May of 2011. I was very dissatisfied with the program, my instructors were so disorganized, we never knew what was planned for the day, my grades were horrible because of everything, everyday one of my instructors spent more time telling us her life stories then teaching, she walked in late on a regular, we once sat for an hour before another instructor showed up, also I recently took my final and it was such a great score they flat out to my face accused me of cheating, even though I had someone monitoring me in the room, they said, the score I got didn't reflect my recent grades. Why annot play Blu-rays from HP notebook to HDTV ?

I have bad acne myself... i don't use make up because it only makes matters worse... especially because it clogs your pores... which causes more back up in your skin.... but yes you should exfoliate.. but only about once a week if that... maybe once every other week. being to harsh on your skin can cause your oils to become excessive... trying to make up for the over dryness. But i would try a gentle scrub... and use lots of moisturizer... its the best thing for your skin. I use neutrogena.. and i love it... i tried everything.. proactive skin ID and like clinique and a bunch of crap nothing really works .. it does for a little then my face is back to normal. I would try the sonic wave... and use the regular cleaning pads daily.. (if your face gets to dry then every other day) then ad a scrub directly to the pad for your exfoliation..,. i would try it... that's what i do... and it seems to be working well.... i also use the topical gel epiduo .. but its that thing like " blame biology" but ask your Dr. about it... that's where i got mine... i got worse before i showed signs of getting better... hope this helps!

I am having black, sticky stool?

I know this sounds disgusting, but I'm really looking for advice here, it's not to joke around or be gross. Two weeks ago I started on some new anti-depressant/anxiety medications, that I am now taking with my old anti-depressant. I am on 100 mg of Seroquel, 20 mg of Lexepro, and 150 mg of Trazodone (which I was on before). Three days ago I had thin, black stool and blood clots in the toilet, as well as some bright red blood. I don't think I tore anything because I didn't feel any pain, just abdominal cramping and general discomfort and nausea (which I regularly have). I am not on my period, I ended that two weeks ago, and the blood I am 100% sure was not from there. I'm 16, and I'm not in school right now, otherwise I would ask the nurse at the school. The first time there was so much blood that the water was fogged up to the point where it was very hard to see through. The bright red blood is not as dominant when I go now though, but there are still clots and blots of it. My stool is black and it's very uncomfortable to go to the bathroom because (this is gross) when I try to the stool works out about four inches but just sticks there unless I get toilet paper and pull it off. I have a very healthy diet and I am also on medication for stomach ulcers. My parents are out of state for a wedding, I have called them and talked to them about this but their return flight is three days from now. I have a permit but not a license, meaning I can't legally drive myself to the hospital to get it checked out. Please, any advice you can give me on how to deal with this would be helpful. I don't know if it is caused by my new medication or not, but I would hate to stop taking that now as it's just starting to work.

My monitor's USB ports won't work ? Help please?

Okay so I tried connecting my iPod to my computer because I needed to sync music on to my iPod before I leave on a trip & it wouldn't connect onto it. I thought something was wrong with the USB drive so I connected to my wall charger that I have for my iPod when I travel and it worked fine. Then I tried closing this page and my mouse wasn't working so I tried resetting the mouse and it still didnt work. The light on the mouse & the wireless connector were flashing normally but they still wouldn't work. I think something is wrong with my USB ports on my monitor. Can anyone help me with this ?

Constantly greasy nose? Also red & Nothing works?

My nose always has ALOT of grease on it. Up to a couple months ago, it would actually get dry, and I wouldn't describe it as greasy at all. Now, Right after I get out of the shower, it's shiny. As a way to try and combat the grease and try to dry my nose somewhat, I put rubbing alcohol on it in the morning and before I go to bed. I just don't understand, the rest of my skin is very dry and I need to moisturize twice a day. Can someone help with this problem? Also I might add, Blotting sheets aren't an option because I do wear light liquid foundation on my nose because it is also very red, but has been for a long time, have any tips for that as well? Like in the movies and even some girls at school can do it perfectly. I know i'm not going to look like a movie star or anything, but i just want my lashes to look longer and fuller. Can I use homemade vinegar dog urine recipes in a Bissel carpet extractor?

I've read online about several home made remedies for dog urine odors in carpet. My bedroom smells! I have 2 shih tzus. Most remedies say use a white vinegar/water mixture and soak it into a "stain". Then blot it up with rags. I want to do the whole room, not a "spot". Then a 2nd step involving hydrogen peroxide and dish soap. I have a Bissel carpet cleaning machine I bought for about $150 that holds about 1 to 1 1/2 gallons of cleaner/water. I've tried many types of solutions from walmart, still smells. Does anyone know a way to use the above products to mix up gallons of fluid to do a whole room with a carpet extractor/shampooer? Or, can I dump a bunch of vinegar/water mixture on the carpet and use the empty extractor to suck it up? Will using the tank empty on the carpet machine ruin it, or will it just fill itself with the white vinegar/water/dirty pee odors? If you have another idea(s) or recipes please write! Thanks.

Normally if you right click on the desktop and select properties - you will get to a screen where you can specify how your monitors are oriented and tell it to use both of them, or even just the external. How to connect a monitor with intel integrated graphics?

I think I'm gonna get an intel i5 sandybridge 2500k with 3000 graphics or whatever. So the motherboard doesn't have integrated graphics and so there is no connectors for the monitor (vga, dvi, hdmi). So how do you connect a monitor to the computer? Where is the connector? Also, how are the integrated graphics? I don't want to get an expensive video card as I am trying to stay on a budget and I am not a hard core gamer. If I play games I would not play too often. 41 weeks and 2 days pregnant, why does my doctor want to see me again?

Ok so I have had no signs of labor except the loss of my mucus plug which the rest of it came out yesterday, i ended up going to the hospital to see my doctor for it because i was concerned about the color.. it was a kinda yellowish green but he said it was perfectly normal. He ended up keeping me on the machine that monitors the babys heart rate and the moms contractions? im not sure of the actual name of it.. anyways, the babys heart rate was perfectly fine but i was still not having any contractions, so he ended up sending me home, which i was fine with. Today I had my regular prenatal appointment with the same doctor, he checked to see if i was dilated but apparently nothing has changed (im not dilated), and i told him i still had no signs of contractions. he told me he wants to see me first thing tomorrow morning at the hospital so he can monitor my contractions!?? i was just on the machine yesterday, i told him i still didnt have any contractions today, why would it be any different tomorrow?? He didn't mention inducing me or anything but could that be the case?? if it is why wouldnt he tell me? im just kinda scared and it seems stupid to want to bring me there to only monitor the contractions im not even having... im not sure what to expect, any ideas?

I still do. You can see some of my pictures of some fountain pens which I use. The ink blots and leaks are just a myth (at least for modern fountain pens). So the problem is that when I'm using my PS3 on my HDTV the quality is superb and I am using an HDMI cable but when I plug the PS3 into my LCD monitor the quality isn't right and I can tell something is wrong. How to make my second screen not be blank.?

My second screen is a TV. My monitor won't pick my TV. It is a SAMSUNG sync master. When I am in control panel it only comes up as display on vga. I have already used the HDMI socket in my TV so I can’t connect a dvi socket from my computer to the hdmi socket in my TV. When the TV is on its own it works fine with the computer however when both the TV and monitor are connected at the same time the TV is blank. The monitor is connected to the main vga socket. There is no signal This is the same with the monitor. When the TV is plugged in to the main vga socket the monitor is blank. I don't know how to re-tune my TV on top of that.

Why is my loading control giving me so many bands (western blot)?

I ran an SDS-PAGE today to test 4 different loading controls: tubulin, actin, GAPDH1, and GAPDH4. The tubulin and actin didn't even show up, but both of the GAPDH's showed up in several bands. There were so many bands both of them looked like they could be ladders. I did accidently boil the samples for an excess of 10 minutes, could this cause the proteins to degrade enough to create so many bands? If not, what could have gone wrong?
