Maybe. Every time you have unprotected sex your chances of getting pg are high. It doesn't matter how long you were with the last guy. You just got lucky for 2 and a half years. It sounds like you have the flu but if your period is late then you need to take a test. That's the ONLY way you can find out if you're pg or not.
