How can I get rid of the musty urine smell in my living room?

My dog has soild a lot in the living room when she was a wee puppy. I tried using out! at walmart. It didn't seem to work both time si steam cleaned. Now tehre is a musty smell of urine when u walk in but i clean up right after she goes i blot it up then use purina stuff then blot it up again. i was told when i steam cleaned that the urine that was got up was pushed down with water so that why i got that musty smell. do u know what i can use to do to get it to go away?
