Anything to help oily/combination skin?

i used to just have oily skin but now im realizing that my skin is oily AND dry at the same time! i use oil blotting sheets and face wash that temporarily keeps away the oil. but when i do use those products my skin becomes dry in some places! i use lotion every morning and every night too. is there anything that can help this? and is there any good makeup that can keep my skin not so oily during the day?
