Acer monitor problem?

It's not that bad of a fog, it makes the computer brightness high, but in the display settings the brightness is normal so i put it lower and it still looks bright, Help me!, My monitor also has Auto adjust button and i clicked and it starts to config, half way through the configing the screen looks perfect but as it fnishes it goes back to that white layer of fog.
