Constantly greasy nose? Also red & Nothing works?

My nose always has ALOT of grease on it. Up to a couple months ago, it would actually get dry, and I wouldn't describe it as greasy at all. Now, Right after I get out of the shower, it's shiny. As a way to try and combat the grease and try to dry my nose somewhat, I put rubbing alcohol on it in the morning and before I go to bed. I just don't understand, the rest of my skin is very dry and I need to moisturize twice a day. Can someone help with this problem? Also I might add, Blotting sheets aren't an option because I do wear light liquid foundation on my nose because it is also very red, but has been for a long time, have any tips for that as well? Please help, Thanks!
