Should I try to keep my dog, or does the MSPCA sound like a good idea?

My dog is the same. He is just hyper and wants all the attention it maybe because you might be giving the other dog more atention at times then you are to him. When people come around and he is jumping up on them just means hes happ to see them and wants some atention. I personaly think you should keep he.
