How to keep skin Matte all day? :)?

Hey I was wondering how I can keep my skin matte all day because I have really really oily skin:( so that sucks I already use powder I use Maybelline dream matte powder it's good but my skin gets freakin oily after like 30 mins it looks like a freakin frying pan ewwwwww it's gross lolz:P I use foundation it don't help oil blotting sheets don't help oh and I tried Milk of Magnesia but it broke me out real bad so I carn't use that so any tips u have would be great thanks:) Im at school for like 6-7 hours so i don't really have time to touch up I would love it if my face could stay matte all day oh and I have no money for new foundations or anything, thanks for answering(:
