Is enabling as many CITIZENS to vote in elections as possible is a goal for a Democracy?

A core value of a democracy is our VOTE. We need to make it as easy as possible to every CITIZEN to vote in an election. if a citizen needs a ballot in Hungarian, we ought to supply it. It is a citizens right. Those who try and put up roadblocks to voting by citizens should be punished with a mandatory jail sentence. The Florida ballot of 2000 was a blot on our reputation. Our eelction process needs to be unimpeachable. The lady who screwed up in Wisconsin a few weeks ago, needs jail time. DON'T TREAD ON MY VOTE.
