Sensitive skin: how to get ride of pores on nose?

I don't wear makeup. Just Kiehl's moisturizer, Neutrogena sunscreen, and Boscia oil blotting sheets when necessary. I get rashes frequently, so I avoid makeup as often as possible. What products work well in shrinking the appearance of pores and removing black heads from one's nose? I have combination skin, and in the rare times that I do use makeup I only use Benefit products.
