Is there an app that monitors my internet use.?

I don't pay for it but its free with lodgings. I have been using the internet a lot. But he said he gets 100GB a month. I didn't want to go over it. Is there a way I could monitor my use through an app to kep an eye on it.

Looking for a fast computer to use adobe cs5?

I dont know a lot about computer components and what is a good computer for adobe cs5 suite. I am looking for some advice. Dont care if its a mac or pc. My budget it about 2k but would like two monitors. Also some of the files I use can get around 500megs. Any recomedations? Thanks ahead of time.
