What is a GOOOD powder/blotting sheets to touch up foundation ?!????!!!?

I buy the cheap blotting papers from rite aid/ target- they're like $4... There's one by the brand Clean and Clear, but I find that there is no difference between the brand name blotting paper and the storebrand ones. They all work the same. I also like bare minerals mineral veil- it's powder that doesn't make you cakey.. It's special blotting powder to absorb oiliness, not add to cakiness of makeup. Hope this helps have funn!
