Best skincare to treat oily skin?

my face is SUPER oily...after halft hour or so, it's so greasy, it's so inconfortable. I tried some skincares for oily skin, and nothing helped...clinique, st. ives, spectro gel...can someone recommend one that will really help reduce the oil? Please don't say makeup because I have it already, blotting papers, powders, etc...because that just helps in the moment, but I want something TO TREAT the oilness.
